At Mine N ATM, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a straightforward return, refund, and cancellation process for your Bitcoin mining machines and Bitcoin ATMs. Please review this policy to understand your options.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at no charge before it has been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations will be handled through our return process. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@minenatm.com or +1 (774) 274-5368.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Condition of Returned Items: The Bitcoin mining machine or ATM must be in the same condition as when delivered (unused, unmodified, and free from damage) and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Refund Request: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Inspection Process: Refunds will be processed after we inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process may take up to 5-10 business days after receiving the return.
- Refund Timeline: Once the inspection is complete, refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original purchase (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum) to the wallet address you provide. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of inspection, depending on blockchain network conditions, and in any case, no later than 30 days after receiving the returned goods.
- Blockchain Processing Times: Note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your wallet, depending on the cryptocurrency network.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Bitcoin mining machines or ATMs configured to your specifications.
- Used Equipment: Items that have been powered on or operated beyond initial testing.
- Mixed Items: Goods that have been inseparably combined with other equipment after delivery.
Refunds cannot be processed for items that fall under these exceptions, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Bitcoin mining machine or ATM arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@minenatm.com or +1 (774) 274-5368. We will arrange for a return or replacement and cover all associated shipping costs. Photos of the damage or defect may be requested to process your claim.
Gift Refunds
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase, refunds will be issued as a credit in the original cryptocurrency to the purchaser’s wallet address. If the order was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be processed back to them.
