At Mine N ATM, we are dedicated to delivering your Bitcoin mining machines and Bitcoin ATMs securely and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below, as they outline how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak demand or if there are inventory issues, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you of any delays via email to sales@minenatm.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These costs will be clearly shown at checkout. Due to the high value and size of our products, additional shipping fees may apply in some cases—we’ll contact you for approval before proceeding if this occurs.

Domestic Shipping

We provide standard domestic shipping within the United States. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future. For inquiries about shipping outside the U.S., please email us at sales@minenatm.com. If international shipping is offered later, delivery times could range from 7 to 22 business days, depending on customs clearance, with all import duties and taxes managed by Mine N ATM to avoid unexpected fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress. If you don’t receive tracking details within 5 business days of shipment confirmation, please reach out to us at +1 (774) 274-5368 or sales@minenatm.com.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your Bitcoin mining machine or ATM arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at sales@minenatm.com or +1 (774) 274-5368 . We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, offering a replacement or initiating a return as needed. Photos of the damage may be requested to process your claim.

Return and Warranty Policy

For returns due to a change of mind, you may return items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.

For warranty claims, returns are accepted within the 1-year warranty period (see our Warranty Policy for details). If a product is confirmed defective, we’ll reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt and inspection.

Cancellations
